これからの仕事に求められる１０のスキル（技能）。

Sense-making. The ability to determine the deeper meaning or significance of what is being expressed  その表現の裏にある心理、心裏を感じられる能力。

Social intelligence. The ability to connect to others in a deep and direct way, to sense and stimulate reactions and desired interactions  他人と深くつながる能力。

Novel and adaptive thinking. Proficiency at thinking and coming up with solutions and responses beyond that which is rote or rule-based  日常定型業務を超えた新規適応思考能力。

Cross-cultural competency. The ability to operate in different cultural settings  異なった文化の中でも働ける能力。

Computational thinking. The ability to translate vast amounts of data into abstract concepts and to understand data-based reasoning  膨大なデータからその本質を理解する能力。
